You can either tell postfix to flush a specific mail ID

with

   mailq -qI mailqueue-ID
   

mailqueue IDs can be retreived with mailq (no options, no arguments)

root@messagerie-secours[10.10.10.20] /var/vmail/algerian-radio.dz/y.hamel # mailq
-Queue ID- --Size-- ----Arrival Time---- -Sender/Recipient-------
6835A1E923C7     2135 Tue May 26 14:35:14  a.chaouche@algerian-radio.dz
            (temporary failure. Command output: maildrop: maildir over quota.)
                                         y.hamel@algerian-radio.dz

-- 2 Kbytes in 1 Request.
root@messagerie-secours[10.10.10.20] /var/vmail/algerian-radio.dz/y.hamel # 

or all the emails in the mail queue

with just the -q option (without arguments)

mailq -q
